(A) Tetraploid Thinopyrum elongatum genomic DNA was used as a probe for GISH (green). (B,C) (ACT)₅ and (CTT)₅ probe signals were pseudo-colored as green and red in the FISH patterns, respectively. The probes (ACT)₅ and (CTT)₅ failed to show any signals on the E-genome chromosomes.
