(B) K562 and KU812 cells were transfected with control mimic or miR-202 mimic for 48 h, followed by Western blot analysis. α-Tubulin is the loading control. (C) Luciferase assay showed that miR-202 could bind 3′-UTR of wild-type HK2, but could not bind to 3′-UTR mutant HK2.
