(A) Transthoracic echocardiography showed the worsening of mitral regurgitation after transapical transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TA-TAVI). (B) Transesophageal echocardiography showed decreased coaptation of the mitral valve without leaflet prolapse or chordal rupture.
