The first row shows non-disjunction in sub131/sub1794 background. All other rows indicate the transgene expressed using a P{Gal4::VP16-nos.UTR}MVD1 in the sub131/sub1794 background. The females were crossed to yw/BsY males to assess non-disjunction. subHA is the full length wild-type transgene. ·For each mutant, multiple transgenes were tested but only one representative result is shown. subΔ(1-21) was not tested because it does not localize in wild type background and has no dominant phenotypes.
