Analysis of cell apoptosis by Annexin-V and PI double-stained in Jurkat cells line and T-ALL patients’ lymphoblasts derived from 4 patients induced by JWH-133 [100 nM] and RTX [5 uM], after 6 h, 12 h and 24 h of exposure. The results are presented as the mean percentage ± SD of three independent experiments for Jurkat cells and as mean percentage ± SD of 4 single experiments on each one of the 4 patients. The results were analyzed by one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA). *indicates p ≤ 0.05 compared to the untreated control (NT).
