Freshly harvested A375 cells were implanted to the right flank of NOD-SCID mice. Once tumors reached the approximate size of 5 mm in diameter, mice were randomly divided into three groups to receive intratumoral injection of 1×10⁷ pfu of Baco-1 or FusOn-H2, or PBS as a control. Tumor growth was monitored for 25 days (for FusOn-H2 treated group) or until mice had to be euthanized due to the large tumor burden (in PBS and Baco-1 treated groups). ★p<0.05 as compared to the groups treated with Baco-1 and PBS).
