Changes of relative tumor volume and weight for each treatment group in mice inoculated with A99 (A) and TCC-NECT-2 (B). A99 and TCC-NECT-2 were inoculated subcutaneously (2 × 10⁶ and 5 × 10⁶ cells per mouse, respectively), and intraperitoneal drug injection was carried out when the tumor volume reached 130–250 mm³. The drug administration schedule was one cycle with a 28-day interval as follows: the CDDP group, 4.4 mg/kg CDDP on day 1; the CDDP/ ETP group (EP), 4.4 mg/kg CDDP on day 1 and 5.5 mg/kg ETP on days 1–3; the CDDP/ CPT-11 group (IP) 3.3 mg/kg CDDP on day 1 and 3.3 mg/kg CPT-11 on days 1, 8, 15. Each plotted value is the average ± SEM for relative tumor volume and relative weight.
