(b) Analytical HPLC indicating >99% radiochemical purity. (c) Bulk analysis of [18F]HFB labelling and [18F]FDG uptake in two cell lines (Jurkat and MDA-MB-231), measured by gamma counting. Cells were incubated with 250 µCi/mL of [18F]FDG (n=5) or [18F]HFB (n = 13) at 37°C for 30 min. Data is presented as disintegrations per minute (dpm) per cell. Experiments were repeated ≥ twice. Error bars are Mean ± SEM, *p ≤ 0.05 and **p ≤ 0.01
