Extracted fragment ATDs of Hex₂-containing ions. (a) Fragments of composition Hex₂GlcNAc₁-O-CH=CH-O^- (m/z 586). Green traces show the extracted fragment ATDs of ion b found in most of the glycans. The red trace is the ATD from Man₃GlcNAc₂ (ion a) and the blue trace is that from glycans containing a Gal-GlcNAc antenna [in this case from the biantennary glycan 21 (ion c)].
