Serum levels of immunoglobulin-A (IgA) (A) and immunoglobulin-E (IgE) (B) in normal adult rats, normal aged and normal aged treated with either melatonin or turmeric for 12 weeks. The level of IgA and IgE were investigated in blood serum of rats as indicated in materials and methods section. Data then were calculated and statistical analyses were performed.
