Psychological questionnaire scores. Psychological distress and PTSD symptoms were measured at both time points. Differences between the therapy and control group were assessed using a repeated measures ANOVA. There was a significant main effect of time for the BSI‐GSI (F(1,14) = 4.69, p < .05, η_p ² = 0.25), PDS (F(1,14) = 10.0, p < .01, η_p ² = 0.42), PTCI (F(1,13) = 7.85, p < .05, η_p ² = 0.38) and a trend toward significant for the IPSI (F(1,13) = 2.97, p = .11, η_p ² = 0.19). There was no significant group by time interaction for any of the questionnaire scores.
