Jurkat cells were treated with 125 ng/mL CC2C6, 40 μM Honokiol, or a combination thereof, for the indicated times. Cells were treated with 30 nM bortezomib as controls. Cell lysates were fractionated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with antibodies to detect (a) Mcl-1, (b) PARP-1, and (c) NOXA. Fractions indicated under the bands represent the fold enrichment of Mcl-1 (a) and NOXA (c) relative to the untreated condition. GAPDH levels were used to compare protein loading and normalize expression for all lanes.
