Southern hybridization analysis of naat-A and naat-B. Genomic DNA from barley was digested with BamHI and HindIII and then blotted onto a nylon membrane and hybridized with 32P-labeled specific probes: probe II in Figure 3 and probe III in Figure 4 for the 3′-terminal sequences of naat-A (A) and naat-B (B), respectively.
