TIG113 cells were treated with the indicated anthocyanins (10 μM), BCE (1.0 or 5.0 μg/mL), or E2 (1 nM) for 48 h. Cells were stained, as indicated, using an anti-COL1A1, anti-COL3A1, or anti-elastin antibody (red signals). The nuclei were visualized using DAPI (4′,6-diamidino-2-phenylindole, blue).
