HYP decreases expression of mitochondrial proteins in HPASMCs. HPASMCs were treated with HYP (1% O2) or NOR (21% O2) for 72 hours. The protein levels of TFAM (A), GRP75 (B), and VDAC (C) were measured by Western blot analysis.
