aPlasma NFL levels were different across the 3 diagnostic groups (P < 0.0001). Tukey’s multiple comparisons test showed that AD patients had higher plasma NFL levels compared with MCI group and healthy controls (P < 0.001). MCI group also had higher plasma NFL levels compared to healthy controls (P = 0.0007)
