The timeline indicates the date of divergence of the branches of the tree, the values of < 0 correspond to the years BC, the ends of the branches of the tree - the isolation time of the strains. The tree nodes indicate the probabilities and Bayesian estimation of time of divergence. The color of the terminal branches of the tree corresponds to the region in which the isolates were isolated
