The levels of mRNA of DNA bound PARPs—Parp1, Parp2, Parp3—and mitochondria SIRTs—Sirt3, Sirt4, Sirt5—were analyzed via quantitative RT-PCR. The results of RT-PCR were normalized to Actb gene expression.
