dHELLP syndrome concomitant presence of severe thrombocytopenia (platelets ≤50,000/μl), evidence of hepatic dysfunction (liver enzymes ≥70 IU/l), and evidence suggestive of hemolysis (total serum lactate dehydrogenase ≥600 IU/l).
