Upregulation of let-7f-5p is associated with poor chemotherapeutic response in CRC. (A) In the TCGA dataset, let-7f-5p expression levels were markedly higher in CRC patients with a poor chemotherapy response (CR) than those with a favorable chemotherapy response (CS). A Mann-Whitney U test was used to determine statistical differences between two groups. The data are presented as the median ± interquartile range.
