(A) hLECs (1 × 10⁴ cells) treated with rhVEGF-C (100 ng/mL) or 10% fetal bovine serum for 48 hours were cultured on Matrigel in 50 μL media and 12 hours later images were captured. Scale bars: 500 μm. (B) The total tube length was measured and shown as pixel length per well. Data are presented as the mean ± SEM, and each group was tested in triplicate in three independent experiments (n = 4), ***P < 0.001, vs. control group.
