The immunophenotype of amniotic fluid leukocytes during the second and third trimester. Flow cytometry analysis of immune cells was performed and t-SNE plots were generated from flow cytometry data. Dot plots (upper row) and contour plots (lower row) represent immune cell diversity and abundance in amniotic fluids collected at (A) 15-20, (B) 20-30, (C) 30-36, or (D) 37-40 weeks of gestation. Pink = ILCs, purple = NK cells, orange = B cells, green = T cells, red = monocytes/macrophages, and blue = neutrophils.
