Each patient seen in the ICU Recovery Clinic is represented by a circle or square for each component of the SPPB (balance testing, gait speed, and repeated chair stands; range for each 0-4). Black boxes demonstrate deaths by 1 year after ICU discharge. Red circles denote readmissions to Wake Forest within the six months after ICU discharge. Blue circles denote patients who returned to the ICU Recovery Clinic and are not known to be dead at 1 year or have been readmitted to Wake Forest within six months of ICU discharge.
