Analysis of siRNAs targeting CTCF for their ability to knock down CTCF following transfection in vitro. Vero cells were transfected with either 25 nM (A) or 100 nM (B) concentrations of four different siRNAs targeting CTCF. After 24 h, RNA was isolated, and the amount of CTCF RNA was determined was determined by real-time PCR on cDNA prepared from the RNA.
