Cell proliferation inhibition rate and IC₅₀ between A549 and A549/PTX cells. A549 and A549/PTX cells were treated with different concentrations of paclitaxel (6.25 μg/mL, 12.5 μg/mL, 25 μg/mL, 50 μg/mL, 100 μg/mL, and 200 μg/mL) for 24 h. Then, cell proliferation inhibition rate was detected by MTT assay, and the IC₅₀ value was calculated.
