Median post-HCT time for respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) 382 days, for metapneumovirus (MPV) 504 days, and for parainfluenza virus (PIV) 628 days. Respiratory syncytial virus and MPV infections occur significantly more frequently during winter (P ≤ .001), whereas PIV infections appear significantly more often in autumn (P ≤ .001).
