Extracellular and intracellular H2O2production inCebpd-/-astrocytes was attenuated. (A) and (B) In primary astrocytes from wild-type and Cebpd-/- mice, IL-1β-induced extracellular and intracellular H2O2 production was attenuated in Cebpd-/- astrocytes. The H2O2 production was detected by a hydrogen peroxide fluorescent detection kit using a fluorescent ELISA reader. Similar results were obtained from two independent experiments, each performed in triplicate, and the data shown here were from one representative assay. n.s. not significant.
