Effects of 5-Fu/oxaliplatin on the phenotypes of dendritic cells (DCs) in tumor bearing mice. MC38 colon cancer cells were subcutaneously inoculated in mice, and when the tumor volume reached 500 mm3, 50 mg/kg 5-Fu and/or 5 mg/kg of oxaliplatin were intraperitoneally injected. Following 5 d of treatment, the DCs of the spleens, tumor tissues and draining lymph nodes were separated, and the phenotype expression was detected by flow cytometry.
