Triticum aestivum L. cv. ‘Bobwhite’ seed phenotype comparison under heat stress and normal temperature. (A) Harvested seeds were produced by plants grown under elevated temperature (34/28°C) after anthesis. The seeds of non-transgenic plants (BW) were visually smaller than seeds of transgenic lines (Ub1 and Dy10). (B) Harvested seeds were produced by plants grew under optimal temperature condition (22/15°C). There was no significant difference among seed size of transgenic seeds (Ub1 and Dy10) and non-transgenic controls (BW). The scale bars represent 1 cm.
