Contact line packing density can be determined by volume fraction of crude in the crude-hexadecane mixture, χ. Details are presented in SI §S2.2–S2.3. The experiments are performed using three different base size: 10, 20 and 50 μm. The base feature is circle. The printability is characterized as: upon the release of the stamp, “Print” indicates a printed drop can maintain its base shape and size, and “Spread” suggests otherwise.
