Protein level of component of γ-secretase, Anterior pharynx-defective 1 (APH-1α), was increased significantly in the hippocampus and cortex of hypoxic mice (G,H). β-secretase (BACE1) (A,B), presenilin1 (PS1) (C,D), presenilin enhancer 2 (PEN2) (E,F) and nicastrin (NCSTN) (I,J) showed unchanged levels between hypoxic and normoxic mice. n = 5 mice in each group. *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01, ***p < 0.001, by two-way ANOVA with Tukey's multiple comparisons test.
