(A) MDA-MB-231 cells were pre-treated overnight with 10 μM imatinib, nilotinib, GNF-5, or DMSO as control, and either left untreated (0 min EGF) or stimulated with EGF for 3 min (3 min EGF). Cells were fixed and labeled for F-actin (red) and Arp2 (cyan) as invadopodia markers, and for biotin-actin (green) as a marker for newly formed barbed ends. Bar, 10 μm.
