(A) The effect byFIRs, FIR andΔexon2 siRNA to FBW7, cyclin E, c-Myc, Notch1, TP53, GSK3-β and P27(Kip1) were examined in TE2 cells (benign TP53). (B) Total FIR and FIR siRNA increased cyclin E in ESCC cells (TE2 cells) in a dose dependent manner. FIRΔexon2 siRNA suppressed cyclin E expression in ESCC cells.
