The time evolution of peptide cluster species for Aβ-IAPP mixtures with molecular ratios of (A) 2:2 and (B) 4:4. The number of each species weighted by the number of peptides forming the cluster was averaged over the number of independent simulations. For simulations with 2:2 ratio, all possible cluster species were shown. In the case of 4:4 ratio, only the six most-populated cluster species were shown.
