Asterisks mark the estimated time at which biomarker differences reached statistical significance in participants with lower MeDi adherence (MeDi−) vs participants with higher MeDi adherence (MeDi+) (p < 0.05). This corresponded to 1.5 ± 0.5 years before baseline for FDG-PET and 3.5 ± 0.5 years for PiB-PET. Annual rates of biomarker changes are reported next to each group.
