Compared with the control group, the joints of the mice in the collagen-induced arthritis (CIA) group exhibited significant pathological changes, while after treatment with high-density lipoprotein (HDL), the pathological changes were significantly decreased (A). We could see in (B) that treatment with HDL significantly reduced paw swelling.
