miR-3160-5P expression and Fbxw8 protein expression levels were inversely associated in PCa cell lines. (A) Predicted miRNA targeted sequences in the 3′-UTR of Fbxw8. miRNA expression levels in PCa cell lines were assessed by reverse transcription-quantitative polymerase chain reaction and were normalized to U6. The results demonstrated that (B) miR-3160-5P, (C) miR-4426 and (D) miR-548a-3p were expressed in PCa LNCaP, 22Rv1 and DU145 cells; Fbxw8 (E) mRNA and (F) protein expression in PCa LNCaP, 22Rv1 and DU145 cells were also determined.
