Effect of SsnB on the working memory of mice with ICH. The effect of training on the results of the Morris water maze test indicated the decreased (A) time and (B) path latencies of experimental mice over 5 consecutive trials. Following the establishment of ICH, one group of mice received SsnB treatment, which reduced the (C) latency to platform and the (D) path latency to platform on days 1 and 3 following the establishment of ICH.
