Survivin expression affects the survival of KRAS-mutant lung adenocarcinoma patients. (A) Kaplan-Meier curves for overall survival (OS) according to the mRNA expression levels of BIRC5 in patients with lung adenocarcinoma. The data were obtained from the Kaplan-Meier Plotter database (28). (B) Immunofluorescence of H441 cells expressing survivin and cytokeratin 7 (CK7). Survivin was mainly localized to the nuclei.
