Ten representative examples of the best common PED ratios, and discriminative ratios for ACOX1 and DBP fibroblasts are shown. The majority of ratios consisted of PC-, LPC-, and PE species containing VLCFAs (common and specific ratios), and species containing fatty acyl with high number of unsaturations (specific ratios for ACOX1 and DBP fibroblasts.
