Schedule of ILIT against post-orgasmic illness syndrome. After informed consent was obtained from the patient, the pre-ILIT evaluation, including questionnaires regarding symptoms related to post-orgasmic illness syndrome, the Male Sexual Health Questionnaire, the International Index of Erectile Function, skin prick test, intradermal test, and laboratory tests with blood and semen, were performed 1 month before the 1st intralymphatic injection. Then, autologous semen, diluted by 4 × 104, 1 × 104, 3,333-fold, and 1,000-fold, was injected into the patient's inguinal lymph node on the day of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th injections, respectively, at intervals of 1 month. Undiluted autologous semen was injected on the day of the 5th injection based on the patient's request. Post-ILIT evaluation was carried out 8 and 15 months after the day of the 1st injection. ILIT = intralymphatic immunotherapy.
