Ablation of AATYK inhibits OL differentiation. Primary cultured OPCs infected with GFP-tagged ShRNA-AATYK or control lentivirus (A, B, E, F, I, J, M, and N). AATYK was significantly down-regulated by shRNA in OPCs by qPCR (Q).
