The RPKM values of the transcriptome and translatome data for the novel gene, the overlapping annotated gene and the upstream-annotated gene are listed. The ribosomal coverage value, a measure of the translatability, was calculated by the ratio of RPKM translatome to RPKM transcriptome. ORF coverage gives the percentage of gene sequence, which is covered by RIBOseq reads. ∗Mean values of the two biological replicates are shown.
