Follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) glycoform models bound to monomeric FSH receptor (FSHR) extracelluar domain model (FSHR_ECD). FSH glycoform models are oriented as in Figure 2. The FSHR_ECD model was extracted from pdb 4AY9 and rendered as cartoon using MacPyMOL. The FSH glycoform models were aligned to the FSH model extracted from the pdb file along with the FSHR_ECD to illustrate the positions of oligosaccharides relative to the high-affinity binding site in the FSHR.
