a, Inhibition of agonist (300 μM glutamate and 300 μM glycine) induced current by 1 μM MK-801 for the ∆ATD NMDA receptor by TEVC. The inhibition ratio is 0.37 ± 0.06 (mean ± s.d., n=5).
