Biological processes affected by consistent stress response (top/bottom 5% RNAs). GO Slim terms overrepresented in the set of 5% most-enriched transcripts (red) or the set of 5% most-depleted transcripts (blue). The darker the colour the more statistically significant is the over-representation (non-significant biological processes are shown in white). Terms are grouped in 15 categories, and their name coloured accordingly. Signaling/Stress response biological processes are marked with a black arrow. The black squares refer to a generalized type of stress observed in individual PSRs. The order of both PSRs and biological processes depends on the hierarchical clustering of Euclidean distances calculated along the columns and rows respectively.
