Estimates of fixed effects for the psychopathology or emotion variables at Time T, contemporaneously predicting Maladaptive Daydreaming (MD) intensity or quantity at Time T.

Each psychopathology or emotion variable was included in a separate model, which also controlled for the time variable, the weekday/weekend variable, age, and gender. MD, Maladaptive Daydreaming; OC, obsessive-compulsive; Neg., Negative; Pos., Positive; SE, standard error; CIl, CIu, lower and upper bounds within a 95% confidence interval; ns, non-significant. All data in the table are based on the pooled results of the imputed models, except for the semi-partial R2, because type III tests of fixed effects are produced only for individual datasets and not for the pooled imputed results; thus, this statistic is computed based on the original data.

This effect became a statistical trend (p = 0.07) when excluding the two participants using antipsychotics.
