Dasatinib disrupts the junctional complex of HMVEC-L and HPAEC cells in a concentration-dependent manner. HMVEC-L and HPAEC cells were exposed to dasatinib (1 nM, 10 nM, or 100 nM,) or vehicle (ctrl: 0.1% DMSO).
