SA and FA Plus bottles were inoculated with microorganisms belonging to strain collection of the study and were incubated in BacT/ALERT 3D® and BacT/ALERT Virtuo® systems, respectively. Results were compared with reference method based subculture of positive blood culture bottle (COS plate) and identification by Vitek®MS system. The results in square brackets are the 95% two-sided exact confidence interval.
