qRT-PCR analysis of the mRNA abundance of hcp-vgrG orphan clusters in V. fluvialis WT and IHF deletion mutant. V. fluvialis 85003 (WT), ΔihfA, or ΔihfB mutant was grown at 30°C in LB medium to around OD₆₀₀ 1.5.
